Step 1
Plan your course, set a date and location. |
|---|
Step 2
Promote your course using the hosting resources for all of the communications and promotional tools that you need including posters, brochures, videos, ad copy, press releases and much more.  Hosting Resources |
|---|---|
Give yourself at least 3-5 weeks for communications and promotion. This allows people enough time to research the material if necessary and adjust their schedules to attend the course for each of the 12 weeks. |
Spend 3-4 weeks promoting the class through emails, email lists, social media, bulletins, running the short video clip in announcements and running preview screenings. |
Play the promotional videos in your church services or in your office to make people aware of the course.  View Video Options |
Promote your course on our website! Just signup for a FREE host account and add a class to you class list. Signing up is easy and there is no obligation to start a class, and it's free, so you have nothing to lose!  Sign-up Now! |
Invite people to register for your course. Use the registration form to gather information about your class members and collect payment for course materials. For churches, this could be done after church services in the foyer or after showing the preview video.  Download Registration Form |
Remember, when you have 10 Basic Members join your class, your Premium Membership is FREE! |
Optional
Choose a convenient time to invite prospective class members to watch a preview video about the course. The preview video will give people a chance to learn more about the program and help them decide if they want to participate.  Download Preview Video |
|---|---|
We recommend holding several preview opportunities for people in order to accommodate busy schedules and allow as many people as possible to watch the video. |
Step 3
It's time to order the materials at least two weeks before your class begins.  Order Now! |
|---|---|
You may want to order a few extras in case more people signup. |
You will need at least one Premium Membership kit (includes DVDs) to host a class. |
Allowing 10 business days for processing and shipping. |
Special Offer! If you host a class with 10 or more registered attendees, we’ll give you a Premium kit/membership ($199 value) for FREE! In fact, we’ll give you a free Premium kit/membership for every 10 people that attend your class. (example — facilitate a class with 30 attendees, and receive 3 free kits/memberships). |
Remember, you need one kit for every family unit or individual attending your class. The DVD series is not licensed for public use unless every individual or family unit has purchased a kit. |
Step 4
Now it's time to begin! |
|---|---|
At your first class, give everyone their membership kits, welcome them to class and play the DVD, it's that easy! |
You can use our attendance forms to keep track of your attendance.  Download Attendance Form |
Use the discussion questions at the end of each lesson to help facilitate conversation and build relationships. |
Keep track of your class members and send communications using the convenient class dashboard on the hosting page. |
