Learn How to Host a Class of Your Own!
Many times, the Healthy for Life University course inspires people to want to take their newly found knowledge and share it with others. We all have family, friends and acquaintances that could benefit from a fresh outlook and a healthful education.
Hosting a class is easy! Simply invite friends, family or co-workers to join you once a week for 12 weeks to watch the lessons. Watch the lessons each week and follow along in your workbook... it's that easy!

Plan your course, set a date and get your prospective members excited about the course using the promotional tools below. More Info

Choose a convenient time to invite prospective class members to watch a preview video about the course. The preview video will give people a chance to learn more about the program and help them decide if they want to participate. More Info

Step 2
Invite people to register for your course. Use the registration form to gather information about your class members and collect payment for course materials. For churches, this could be done after church services in the foyer or after showing the preview video. More Info
Step 3
Now that you have people signed up for your class, it's time to order the materials. You may want to order a few extras in case more people signup. More Info
Remember, you need one kit for every family unit or individual attending your class. The DVD series is not licensed for public use unless every individual or family unit has purchased a kit.

Step 4
Now it's time to begin! At your first class, give everyone their membership kits, welcome them to class and play the DVD, it's that easy! At the end of the lesson there are discussion questions to help facilitate conversation and build relationships. You can use our attendance forms to keep track of your attendance. More Info
