How to Join a Class
Thank you for your interest in Healthy for Life University! There are two ways to take our course. You can and follow along at home, or you can join a class in your area and take the course with a group.
There are hosts all over the country creating public classes that you can attend.
Or if you'd prefer to take the course at home, you can order the course.
