Healthy for Life University's faith-based course includes biblical references throughout the workbook. Healthy for Life University is a foundational, complete lifestyle and health education course. Healthy for Life University is specifically designed to help you develop a step-by-step lifestyle plan to accomplish everything you want in your health. This course will help everyone, no matter where you are in your health, to reduce your dependency on medications and take control of your health.

This course has 12 lessons that are designed to be completed over a 12-week period. The lessons are delivered via CD, DVD or online depending on the course kit you choose. It's easy, just watch the lesson and follow along in our workbook. This course is ideal for small group learning.

Healthy for Life University is provided in two formats. Both formats contain the same great health information. The Faith-Based version contains references to scripture and looks at health from a Christian worldview. The General Audience package contains no biblical references so that the product may be delivered in a business or other general setting. Choose your package from the drop down menu below.
